Each session concludes with traditional belly binding, using 100% pure cotton fabric and adjustable knotting technique, the pelvis and waist are gently wrapped for personalised postnatal shaping. Then reinforced  with a firm Bali cloth provides added support, helping realign muscles and ligaments while promoting natural recovery.
